In November, Toy Robot Video (a new sub-label of Arrow Video) will be releasing a 4K Ultra HD for Above the Law (aka Nico), a 1988 actioner from martial arts legend Steven Seagal (A Good Man) and director Andrew Davis (Code of Silence).
In the film, a former Special Operations Vietnam vet (Seagal) works as a Chicago cop, and uncovers C.I.A. wrongdoing.
Above the Law sports an all-star supporting cast that includes Pam Grier (Foxy Brown), Henry Silva (Megaforce), Sharon Stone (Casino), Chelcie Ross (Basic Instinct) and Jack Wallace (Death Wish).

🔥 Footnote: Steven Seagal has often said that Above the Law is his favorite film, and most fans would probably agree. There have even been talks of an Above the Law 2 over the years, but despite remaining in development hell, the sequel has never managed to get off the ground (read about it here).
