Following in the footsteps of 2023 Netflix documentaries on Sylvester Stallone (Sly) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (Arnold), the “other” legendary action star, Dolph Lundgren, now has a documentary of his own.
Titled Dolph: Unbreakable, the documentary from writer and director Andrew Holmes (Lord Jones is Dead) will take an intimate look at Dolph Lundgren’s untold story, from his rise and struggles to his incredible resurgence, spanning everything from Rocky IV to his battle with cancer. Interviewees include Hollywood legends Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean Claude Van Damme and many others.
Catch Dolph: Unbreakable on every major streaming platform on October 6, 2026.
🔥 Trivia: Dolph Lundgren holds a degree in chemical engineering from Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Sydney. He also won a Fulbright Scholarship to attend MIT before leaving to pursue acting. Long before becoming an action star, Lundgren was a competitive athlete and martial artist, earning a black belt in Kyokushin karate. He also speaks several languages, including Swedish, English, Spanish, French, German, and some Japanese. This dude definitely has both the muscles and the brains.
