On November 16, 2026, Toy Robot Video (a new sub-label of Arrow Video) will be releasing a Blu-ray for Zipang, a 1990 Japanese tokusatsu film directed by Kaizo Hayashi (The Maiku Hama Trilogy).
A samurai outlaw on the run with his motley clan falls for the bounty hunter who’s trailing him to the untold riches of a mythical city of gold.
Zipang stars Masahiro Takashima (Revenge of the Pomegranate Hill), Narumi Yasuda (Time Traveller: The Girl Who Leapt Through Time), Shiro Sano (Good News), Kenya Sawada (Hidden Man), Mikio Narita (Roaring Fire), and Mikijirō Hira (Goemon).
