The new martial arts film, The Living Dragon (aka Dream Story), is now playing in Japanese theaters. The project centers on legendary martial arts star Yasuaki Kurata (Ninja in Deadly Trap, Empty Hands).
The Living Dragon includes a special appearance by the great Sammo Hung (Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In), who starred alongside Yasuaki in 1985’s Twinkle, Twinkle Lucky Stars, 1986’s Millionaires Express and 2017’s God of War.
The film also stars Fumi Taniguchi (Shogun’s Ninja), Seiji Takaiwa (Tatsujin Warriors), Masaya Kato (Shinjuku Incident) and Rina Takeda (Re:Born), and with segments directed by Koichi Sakamoto (Shogun’s Ninja), Yuji Shimomura (Crazy Samurai Musashi), and Kenji Tanigaki (Furious, Enter the Fat Dragon).
