On December 28, 2021, Shout! is releasing the Blu-ray & DVD for Scott Adkins and Dolph Lundgren’s Castle Falls (read our review).

It’s been over 8 years since Scott Adkins and Dolph Lundgren shared the screen together. In 2012, the two co-starred in The Expendables 2 and Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning; then in 2013, they re-teamed for the monster thriller Legendary.

Now the two reunite again for Castle Falls (read our review), an upcoming actioner that Lundgren also directs from a script by Andrew Knauer (Kim Jee-woon ‘s The Last Stand).

In addition, Craig Baumgarten – who worked with Lundgren on Universal Solider, Universal Soldier: Regeneration and Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning – is producing.

In the film, Adkins plays Mike, a struggling fighter forced to take on a foreman job at a local condominium that is set to be demolished. With just eight hours before the building, strapped with dynamite, is destroyed, two vicious local gangs, one led by Lundgren’s character, Shea, break in to retrieve millions of dollars stowed away in one of the apartments. When Mike stumbles across the money, a game of cat and mouse ensues (via THR).
