In the mood for some James Bond-sploitation? Get your gadgets ready for Knightfall, the upcoming spy thriller from director Ben Fortune (Doctor Plague), starring Geoffrey Moore (Hard Hunted), son of legendary James Bond star Sir Roger Moore.
In the film, Moore plays MI5 agent Hugh, whose analyst girlfriend Ros Knight (Jeanine Nerissa Sothcott – Nemesis) is pulled into a secret mission to stop a deadly bioweapon sale. When it goes wrong, Ros becomes the target of a mercenary squad and turns to her estranged father, legendary spy catcher Charles Knight (Ian Ogilvy – We Still Kill The Old Way).
As Ros, Charles, and Hugh prepare to defend the family estate, mysterious Whitehall mandarin Carmichael (Nick Moran – Lock Stock) plots treason from within the government.
The cast also includes Robert Cavanah (Tomb Raider), Ruper Holliday Evans (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), and 80s movie legend Michael Paré (Streets of Fire).
Action sequences are handled by Darren LeFevre, who is perhaps best known for his work on 400 Bullets (2021) and The Siege (2023).
🔥 Footnote: Geoffrey Moore is no stranger to following in his father’s footsteps, literally doing so when he appeared alongside Sir Roger Moore in the 1990 Bond spoof, Fire, Ice & Dynamite. He later starred in two classic Andy Sidaris “Bullets, Bombs, and Babes” action movies, Hard Hunted (1992) and Fit to Kill (1993). Knightfall marks his first feature film in 33 years.
Saban Films will release Knightfall on Digital and VOD in the USA on September 11, 2027. Watch the Trailer below:
