On May 26, 2026, Shout is releasing the 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray for I Love Maria, a 1988 sci-fi actioner from director David Chung Chi-Man (Royal Warriors, Magnificent Warriors).
The Hero Gang, a nasty group of thugs, are terrorizing Hong Kong with their killer robots. But when one of the robots gets damaged during a mission to kill an outcast, an inventor on the police force takes her and changes her programming. The new code, plus a few injuries to her logic center, transforms the automaton into a robot with a real personality.
The film features an all-star cast that includes John Shum Kin-Fun (Guns of Dragon), Sally Yeh Chian-Wen (The Killer), Tsui Hark (The Bodyguard), Tony Leung Chiu-Wai (The Magic Crane), Lam Ching-Ying (Mr. Vampire), Paul Chun Pui (The Gambling Ghost), Ben Lam Kwok-Bun (Holy Virgin Versus the Evil Dead) and Dennis Chan Kwok-San (Yes, Madam!)

I wonder whether this version includes the scenes shown in the trailer but missing from the currently available versions (e.g., John Shum kissing his colleague, Sally Yeh fighting a guy in a black tank top, John Shum being mocked by other police officers in a square, etc.). Given the 96-minute runtime listed on the Shout! website, I doubt it.
