As long as Tom Berenger is alive, there will always be a demand for Sniper films! So on June 16, 2020, Sony Home Entertainment will release the Blu-ray & DVD for Sniper: Assassin’s End.
The upcoming film also stars Chad Michael Collins (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare) and Japanese actress/singer Sayaka Akimoto (High-Kick Girl!, Ultraman Saga) in her Hollywood film debut.
Special Ops sniper Brandon Beckett (Collins) is set up as the primary suspect for the murder of a foreign dignitary on the eve of signing a high-profile trade agreement with the United States. Narrowly escaping death, Beckett realizes that there may be a dark operative working within the government, and partners with the only person whom he can trust: his father, legendary sniper Sgt. Thomas Beckett (Berenger). Both Becketts are on the run from the CIA, Russian mercenaries and Lady Death, a Yakuza-trained assassin (Akimoto) with sniper skills that rival both legendary sharpshooters.
Also, all eight Sniper films will be available in one DVD collection under the title The Ultimate Sniper Collection, which will be available exclusively at Walmart on June 16.

Are any of the sequels much good? I think I saw a bit of one sequel.. Looked of interest.
The first film is just OK for me… Though it certainly has its moments. But I really like the concept, that its still a bankable series, that Tom Berenger has a Franchise still going after all these years and that the box-set will be exclusive to Wallmart. For some reason that melts my heart.
You’ve beaten me. I haven’t even seen the first one. The trailer for this newest one looks interesting, mainly for the inclusion of Sayaka Akimoto’s colorful character.
