Today’s Deal on Fire is the Blu-ray for Simon McQuoid’s James Wan-produced reboot of Mortal Kombat, a martial arts-thriller based on the highly-successful video game franchise of the same name.
The original film, which spawned a sequel and a number of TV and web series, involved three unknowing martial artists who are summoned to a mysterious island to compete in a tournament whose outcome will decide the fate of the world.
