1/5/24 | Blind War (Hi-YAH! Original)

Hong Kong action stars Andy On (Kung Fu League, Undercover Punch and Gun) and Waise Lee (To Be Number One, The Big Heat) share the screen in Blind War, an actioner from director Suiqiang Huo (The Nine Talisman Tower). The film tells the story of the former SWAT captain Dong Gu, permanently injured during a failed mission for which he took responsibility. After gradually getting out of the haze, his old enemy reappeared and threatens his daughter. Also stars Jane Wu (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows) and Vincent Matile (The Eight Hundred).

1/12/24 | Curry & Pepper

In 1990’s Curry & Pepper, two best friends and cop partners become the subject of a beautiful news reporter’s documentary. The two soon find themselves competing for screen time as well as the love of the reporter while after a murderous arms dealer. Directed by Blackie Ko (The Days of Being Dumb), Curry & Pepper stars Jacky Cheung (Pom Pom and Hot Hot), Stephen Chow (Thunder Cops 2), Ann Bridgewater (Full Contact) and Eric Tsang (Crazy Couple).

1/19/24 | The Thousand Faces of Dunjia  

Directed by Yuen Woo-ping (True Legend, Ip Man 3, Crouching Tiger, Hidden II), The Thousand Faces of Dunjia is a remake of Miracle Fighters, a supernatural kung fu film he directed in 1982. The film stars Aarif Lee (Kung Fu YogaBruce Lee, My Brother), Ni Ni (Love Will Tear Us Apart), Da Peng (Jian Bing Man) and Zhou Dongyu (The Taking of Tiger Mountain).

1/26/24 | Breaking News (Hi-YAH! Exclusive)

Breaking News is a 2004 Hong Kong actioner from director Johnnie To (Three, A Hero Never Dies). After a disastrous failure to stop a robber gang, the police attempt to redeem themselves through a series of publicity stunts and shootouts. The film stars Richie Ren (Bodies at Rest), Kelly Chen (The Monkey King), Nick Cheung (Integrity), Eddie Cheung (Bruce Lee, My Brother), Hui Siu Hung (Naked Killer) and Lam Suet (Undercover Punch and Gun).
