“Battle of the Wolf” Theatrical Poster
In the tradition of hijack thrillers like The Delta Force (1986), Passenger 57 (1992), Executive Decision (1996) and the recent High Forces (2024) comes Battle of the Wolf, an upcoming actioner starring Hong Kong martial arts star Vincent Zhou (The Blade, Once Upon a Time in China IV).
Directed by Jingle Ma (Tokyo Raiders, Europe Raiders), Battle of the Wolf centers on Zhao, who plays a former special forces instructor tasked with taking down armed terrorists who’ve hijacked a commercial plane (via FCS).
There is currently no U.S. release date for Battle of the Wolf, but the film will be released in China later this year.

Looks like a streaming movie.
I rewatch Passenger 57 frequently, and I would like for Battle of the Wild to be just as good. Vincent Zhao needs it after that dollar store version of Wolf Warrior 2 from a while back.
