“Trouble Man” Theatrical Poster
Following 2023’s Outlaw Johnny Black, martial arts star Michael Jai White (Triple Threat, Accident Man) is back in the director’s chair for Samuel Goldwyn Films’ Trouble Man, an upcoming actioner he’s also headlining.
In the film, Jaxen (White), a former cop turned Atlanta PI, is hired to find missing R&B star Jahari. His investigation uncovers her disappearance is connected to a larger conspiracy, forcing him to question those around him and his own past.
Trouble Man also stars Orlando Jones (Drumline), Method Man (Belly) and Mike Epps (Next Friday).
According to Film Combat Syndicate, the film’s action direction is by Joey Min, with fight choreography by Stephanie Pham and Angela Jordan.
