Horrible High Heels | Blu-ray (Massacre Video)

On November 12, 2024, Massacre Video is releasing a Blu-ray for Horrible High Heels, a 1996 Hong Kong cult classic directed by three filmmakers: Chow Cheung (responsible for helming the Michiko Nishiwaki flicks Big Circle Blues and City on Fire), Chen Wei-An (who helmed little known Cat III erotica like Windflower and Dark Tale), and Mao Chiang-Pang (the man behind obscure Taiwanese actioners like I Revenge for My Son and Flying Car Nation).

The film stars Shing Fui-On (My Flying Wife), Dick Wei (Final Run), Billy Chow Bei-Lei (The Blonde Fury), Suen Tong (Cheetah On Fire), Chow Yuk-Ling (Exorcist Master), Yue Shut-Man (Indecent Beast), Lin Hsiao-Lu (Kung Fu Student) and Lam Chak-Ming (Power Dragon).

In Horrible High Heels, the grim story of a shoe factory owner’s descent into madness is gruesomely portrayed. Driven by perverse desires, he begins a horrifying spree of brutally murdering and skinning women to create high heels. What starts as an ominous plan to teach a rival a lesson evolves into a chilling series of killings, revealing the darkest depths of depravity.
