Before director Jesse V. Johnson unleashed Savage Dog, Accident Man and Triple Threat, he teamed up with “The Dragon” for this sci-fi actioner.
In the film, Wilson is an electronically enhanced soldier who rescues Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica) from a failed resistance mission.
The Last Sentinal also stars Keith David (The Thing), Peter Allas (Encino Man) and Steven Bauer (Scarface).
Fun Trivia: The Last Sentinel is the only Don “The Dragon” Wilson film where he doesn’t use his moniker “Dragon” in the credits.

I admit that I have pretty low standards for action movies sometimes, but even then, The Last Sentinel is probably one I’ll never own. Even if this movie was being given out for free, I’d still be paying for it with precious physical space on my shelf. Space that could be used to store… well, just about any other movie.
I’m sorry Mr. Jesse V Johnson. You’ve come a long way since this film, and I respect that. But I think I would rather just watch Savage Dog a third time.
