Armour of God II: Operation Condor | 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray (88 Films)

RELEASE DATE: June 23, 2025

On June 23, 2025, 88 Films is releasing a 4K Ultra HD for Armour of God II: Operation Condor, a 1991 action comedy directed by – and starring – legendary Hong Kong star Jackie Chan (Panda Plan, Ride On).

The Asian Hawk is back! Undeterred by nearly dying while making the first Armour of God, Jackie Chan returned to battle for a sequel that’s bigger, better and even more daring. This time, Jackie’s intrepid treasure hunter is on the hunt for some Nazi gold but recovering it will not be easy, let alone safe.

The most expensive Hong Kong film produced at that time, Armour of God II: Operation Condor showcases some of Jackie’s best stunts and action, building up to an epic climax that will blow you off your feet. The black belts at 88 Films are thrilled to present this double disc 4K Blu-ray premier – uncut! – of this great fan favourite.

Details are still pending.

This title will soon be available at The Goodie Emporium, a U.S.-based online store that currently has many Import Shaw Brothers/Golden Harvest/martial arts DVD/Blu-ray movies in-stock – with New titles being added regularly!

  1. Bruce Jensen says:

One of my favorite Jackie Chan movies but I’m not sure I’ll get this. I’ve had multiple versions (one of the first DVDs I owned was Armor of God 2: Operation Condor), the last Blu ray version I got was excellent, 88 Films is going to have to impress me with new bonus features to make me think it’s worth buying yet another version.

  2. Typo says:

The Blu-Ray was excellent. They should put out “new” movies, not milking the ones already in Blu-Ray.

88 Films won’get my money, it’s over, they put our a great Limited edition for the first one, why didn’t they do the same for Operation condor? Well, to sell a very expensive 4KUHD/BD set a few years later, at an indecent price.

Maybe their “arty” Hong Kong movies didn’t work that well…
