The film tells the story of the former SWAT captain Dong Gu, permanently injured during a failed mission for which he took responsibility. After gradually getting out of the haze, his old enemy reappeared and threatens his daughter. Also stars Jane Wu (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows) and Vincent Matile (The Eight Hundred).
