“Matrah Matrouh” Theatrical Poster
Martial arts star Scott Adkins (Ip Man 4, Triple Threat) will appear in the Egyptian production Matrah Matrouh, an upcoming action-comedy from directors Wael Ihsan (Gawazah Miri) and filmmaker/stuntman Shaimaa Ibrahim (The Blue Elephant).
Matrah Matrouh follows an Egyptian family caught in the middle of World War ll’s El-Alamein Battle.
This film marks the 2nd Egyptian production Adkins has lent his star power to, after 2018’s Karmouz War (aka No Surrender).
Matrah Matrouh also stars Karim Afifi (Masrah Masr), Mahmoud Hemida (I Love Cinema), Kamel El-Torky (In Broad Daylight), Saif Mohsen (Black Crab) and Sayed Ragab (Son of Rizk).
