A Full Trailer has been released for Ryan C. Jaeger’s The Lockdown, an upcoming martial arts actioner from Paramount Movies’ The Tiger Style Ultimate Martial Arts Collection.

The Lockdown stars Caity Lotz (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow), Michael Biehn (The Terminator), Leo Howard (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra), Hon Ping Tang (Warrior), Tharoth Sam (Jailbreak), Joseph Angelo (Fistful of Vengeance) and Ron Weaver (Operation Mekong).

In this action-packed thriller from the producer of (Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood), Siblings Charlie and Jack are trapped in Myanmar’s toughest prison, accused of a crime they didn’t commit. Forced into televised fights where inmates battle for the chance to escape death row, they face off against the deadliest opponents where each match could be their last. Charlie and Jack must work together, their bond tested in a high-stakes game where only the strongest can win their way out.​

The Lockdown hits select theaters on August 16, as a double feature along with Art of Eight Limbs; Then on digital on August 27. Watch the film’s full Trailer below:

    Caity Loitz was pretty good as the White Canary. Hoping she channels some of Arrow Season 2 energy instead of Legends of Tomorrow S6 energy

    This is like the martial arts version of Brokedown Palace. I hope this sub studio is being given the resources to make cool inexpensive action films that deliver the goods. I liked Tharoth Sam in Jailbreak and was hoping to see more of her.

    Caity Loitz is actually pretty impressive in this. Probably the most impressive action I’ve seen her perform since Arrow season 2. Michael Biehn however……ouch. I swear he turned to the camera at one point and broke the 4th wall. His eyes were screaming “I was in Terminator and Aliens, how did i get here”
