“The Last Ronin” Theatrical Poster
Arriving on September 16th from Well Go USA is The Last Ronin, a Russian-produced post-apocalyptic actioner from newcomer Max Shishkin.
Nuclear war and climate change have rendered the world a wasteland. In a landscape where survival is not guaranteed and bullets are the only currency, Ronin (Yuri Kolokolnikov, Game of Thrones) seeks revenge for his father’s murder. A young girl requests his help to return to her birthplace, a dangerous journey which will require all his fighting skills to survive.
The film also stars Diana Enakaeva (Cosmoball), Daniil Vorobyov (Out of Love), Tikhon Zhzneskiy (Major Grom: Plague Doctor), and Aleksandr Mizev (Slon).
