“Escape From the 21st Century” Theatrical Poster

On June 9, 2025, Cineverse is releasing Escape From the 21st Century to select theaters. This 2024 sci-fi/comedy actioner is written and directed by Yang Li (Lee’s Adventure). 

The story follows three friends who discover they have the power to travel back and forth 20 years with a sneeze. However, the future is not as good as they hoped, and they need to take on the responsibility of saving the world.

“Wick is Pain” Theatrical Poster

Arriving on Digital on May 9, 2025, is Wick is Pain, a Lionsgate documentary that showcases never-before-seen footage from 2014’s John Wick, 2017’s John Wick: Chapter 2, 2019’s John Wick: Chapter 3: Parabellum and 2023’s John Wick: Chapter 4, as well as the revealing true story behind the John Wick phenomenon, and it’s rise from independent film to billion-dollar franchise.

Directed by Jeffrey Doe, Wick is Pain utilizes never-before-seen footage shot over a decade both on and off the set of the Wick films.
