The scene where the black guy is eating ice cream…sexy!!….just sayin.
WOW! Somebody really thought that sitting on him was a good idea? Yikes….I’m blinded.
Okay, somebody is getting sued! That clip was basically just an unauthorized reenactment of a typical day for me in the ’80s with these few details changed…
1. During every one of those exercises I had a pair of yellow nunchaku in each hand.
2. I had a killer mullet.
3. Instead of a friend it was a hot chick sitting on me, and she was eating pretzel rods and saying “These pretzels are making me thirsty.”
In the clip I see some guys who are trying to make up for the fact that Chuck Norris isn’t in the movie.
Now I may be a tad late, but I think I just stumbled upon my New Year Resolution workout routine!
I still love how absolutely cheesy this movie is. One of my favorites.
All homoerotic jokes aside, the clip is an example of the kind of greatness that all American martial arts films need to live up to today.

I think that YouTube clip about sums it up 🙂
I think weird as hell and crazy would be the best way to describe that scene lol
Rocking an Rollin, training hard just like Rocky Balboa and Jackie chan style
I find the clip entertaining, funny, and some parts of it reminds me of an 80’s MTV music video, for example, the guy eating ice cream sitting on the other guy while he’s working out!
Why is that man eating ice cream….. thats just mean.
