LOL He looked like a fake Razor Ramon, all he needed was a toothpick to complete his ensemble.
His ponytail gave a better performance.
His wardrobe supervisor had him put on a Michael Jackson’s black jacket along with a v-neck black t-shirt because it helped show some macho hair chest.
The manliest outfit ever… Just missing chest hair.
Steven was trying hard to emulate his heroes with his outfit:
– Gold Chains = wanted to emulate the ” Bad Ass” of B.A. Baracus
-Poofy Jacket & Pants = wanted to emulate the smooth moves of MC Hammer
Black on black so he can appear as a shadow, but also so we as an audience can gaze at the top of his chest courtesy of his open shirt in its stark contrast.
He also needs one of them big gold chains to go with that outfit. Maybe a couple of rings to.
I can’t tell if he just walked out of My Big Fat Greek Wedding or out of some early 80’s Skinamax
He has a gorgeous slimey ponytail made of sweat from the erotic gods of latin jazz land
Seagal chose the black jacket-blouse-thing to emphasize the Shakespearean gravitas in the scene.
Ah, Mr. Seagal. Our attempt to make a statement that is both Ninja and 90s rapper while hiding our increasing weight problem behind slimming black. You should know that Mark Hamill thought better than to add a gold chain to his costume during the filming of “Return of the Jedi.”

I would gladly offer my critique of SS’s wardrobe choice if I didn’t fear him snapping my neck in retaliation.
He was ahead of his time with his V-neck. He also spent a lot of time watching Scorsese’s fix.
