For example, if you are someone who loves horror movies, in the last couple of years, you have already been treated to some great releases. If you feel like you missed out on some of these, then make sure you are checking out these best horror films of the 20s.

Army of the Dead

When it was announced that Dave Bautista would star in an action-packed zombie horror movie, it is safe to say the fans got excited. Netflix was behind the Army of the Dead release. The film was centered around a zombie apocalypse in Las Vegas, and had some truly amazing scenes. Not to mention that the casino setting was enough to make you want to check out live dealer online casino in the US. The film was fun, scary, and thrilling, which is exactly what you would want from a movie with this description. Due to the film being a heist film and a horror, there are additional stakes. You can almost think of it as Ocean’s Eleven meets Zombieland.

Smile

There was a lot of excitement in 2022 when the Smile promotions started. First of all, the trailer made the film look terrifying. Which, if that wasn’t enough for you, when handing in hand with the creepy promotion of the film. Paid actors were seen in the background of sports and news broadcasts, smiling as depicted in the film. This unique marketing style was perfect for the movie and its unusual plotline. The film was done well in terms of scaring audiences and keeping them on the edge of their seats from start to finish.

The Black Phone

I think it is safe to say horror fans are going to get excited whenever Ethan Hawke gets involved. His previous horror role, in Sinister, was one of the best of modern releases. However, he was able to replicate this in an amazing performance in The Black Phone. This time, Hawke played a sinister and evil villain, who kidnaps children. His performance was enough to send shivers down the spines of audience members. Not to mention the fast pacing made the movie go by in a flash.
