When an explosion occurs in a warehouse in the north of Binhai City, Xu Zhongmin, head of the SWAT team’s bomb disposal team, finds that the explosive residue is very similar to the “June 11” case eight years ago. In the vicious robbery and bombing incident eight years ago, Xu Zhongmin failed to defuse the bomb, resulting in the death of the suspect Chai Zhifeng. The perpetrators Gui and Diao took advantage of the opportunity to escape. Under the direction of the Public Security Bureau, Xu Zhongmin and Qiu Jie of the Criminal Investigation Bureau come together to jointly solve the case.
