Looks like it has potential. Thai action cinema has been stumbling around in the dark ever since the passing of Panna Rittikrai, so it would be great if a movie was made that proves the industry didn’t die with the man who put it on the map in the first place.
I don’t see any potential whatsoever.
Buakaw is great. Although the film I saw him in, Samurai of the Ayutthaya was a pretty ridiculous showing of how the Japanese were completely inferior to their opposition who never got hurt (Save for a guy who sacrificed himself.)
I hope this movie is more polished.
The Trailer for this film doesn’t make me want to watch it, that’s for sure. That scene where he sees his own sword break lol
