Oh, please let this happen. Anybody who’s ever seen Silva in a fight knows the guy can move. I think he’d adapt well to onscreen fighting. I genuinely think the guy could be the next Benny “The Jet” if the opportunity came up and he chose to pursue it.

I’ve been reading reviews that make me think my excitement was misplaced. I know Fruit Chan specializes in unconventional films, but some people think he went overboard with an all over the place story and mystical elements that become real.
Supposedly, the showdown with Max Zhang and Anderson Silva is ruined by choppy editing and an over the top finish. Can’t wait to see who at COF reviews this.

Considering how they sometimes distribute shit, they could still do this.
The movie was finished 2 years ago and for some reason had trouble getting released. Based on audience reaction, nobody was ready for a surreal, genre mixing fantasy cop film.
“Surreal, genre mixing fantasy cop film” – that’s the kind of thing you can get away with in a video game, probably not so much in a live-action movie!
Im not watching a film by someone called Fruit Chan.

This movie is terrible. I don’t care if it never gets released. The spider is a great fighter in real life, but he doesn’t look good fighting in the movie.
I really wanted this to be good, but literally every review I’ve read has solidified it as being a total dumpster fire. Is there anyone out there who’s watched it and actually enjoyed it?
