  1. I say this movie is looking pretty good. Phil Ng captures the essence of Bruce pretty will (doesn’t move bad either). The narration by someone (other than Bruce) is an interesting concept. As a fan of George Nolfi’s work (The Adjustment Bureau), I’m looking forward to it.

  2. HKFanatic says:

Phillip Ng does seem to be quite good in the role (which is really the most important thing). My fear is that Corey Yuen’s fight choreography is just going to be chopped up in the editing room like most Hollywood productions, and therefore fail to capture a lot of what made Bruce Lee so exciting on film, but perhaps it’ll be interesting as a straight-ahead drama.

  3. Meander says:

The lead character of this movie is Steve Mckee and secondly Wong Jack-Man. It is not a Bruce Lee story. He is just in it.

looking forward to this film, have been a bruce lee fan from the age of 16, i am now 59 and it still excites me when i here his name mentioned. trailer looks good.

  5. Chad says:

After hearing the bad news about this after its first screening I was far from hoping the best. Yet after hearing that screening it had was not properly edited and recut. Showing a more focus look at Bruce. I can say I am more excited and I’ll be the first in line paying for a ticket to see it. There’s too much talent involved in this movie for it to be bad….lets hope not anyway

If only Harvey listened the same way to critics of how he shreds Asian films….

  7. Andrew Hernandez says:

It turns out whatever edits occurred did not fix the film. This is still a movie about some guy named Steve while Bruce and Jack’s story is an afterthought.

I’m looking forward to the movie about the Ali/Foreman fight which focuses on some guy named Bob.
