  1. Ben says:

Was Chico Johnson an official Hula Hoop spokesman? If not, he should have been.

  2. 31FilmTalk says:

A guy spins around hoops so well, he’d probably be good with a whip type weapon for a kung fu movie. Also the lady in the Mickey Mouse shirt was very distracting.

  3. Lee Golden says:

    I miss the 80s, sortakinda 🙂

  4. Damon says:

He’s the Wizard of the Hoop! Those are some short shiny shorts! Ah, the 80s!

  5. Robo Ky says:

I wanted to say something snarky…but damn is he good with those hula hoops. Like, really good

  6. Alan Tan says:

I feel very dizzy now.must have lost a few lbs watching it.

  7. Sharon Walsh says:

I loved the 80s for metal and hair bands, NOT anything like this stuff! The perms and pants were much better off forgotten… who remembers IZOD alligator sweaters? Ugh!

  8. ken lee says:

Vengeance of an assassin looks pretty good and ah got to love the 80s. what a video lol

  9. Chad says:

People probably made fun of him for years….now look at him !

  10. David says:

I couldn’t stop myself from watching the whole video LOL…That was one catchy tune. I now know what I want to be when I grow up LOL.

  11. Nick G says:

Gee whiz, I thought my sis was a good hooper, that was damn impressive.

  12. Ritichie Cruz says:

As a gay man, I can actually say this clip is the gayest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s so gay, I’m straight moving forward…

  13. Ian C. says:

Now that was very 80’s. Chico Johnson… I have not seen that name nor heard that song in a long time.

  14. Travis E. says:

I’ll describe it as Hula of an Assassin, cause he killed it.

    …too corny?

  15. Matthew A. says:

    Wow….the 80s

  16. Jung says:

I wish such deadly hooping skills were showcased in a martial arts setting in a film a la Gymkata. Hopefully an upcoming movie will be set in the ’80s and contain hooping assassins with period-specific shiny spandex…

  17. Eric says:

Sadly, every guy who took Chico’s advice to impress their girl with a slow tush whirl, failed miserably.
